Let them grow is an exploration of multiple elements:

1. A consideration for nature in this abnormal heat we’ve been having and the impact that this is having on the landscape around me – especially with a hosepipe ban!
2. A further exploration of an initial concept, triggered by a moment of grief earlier on in the year. The idea that I could take an object that had previously been left unwanted or unused, and give it a whole new purpose and life really meant a lot.

By combining the frame into this piece, it gives an all-encompassing look that can go straight onto a wall.
